Mission Statement
To serve the Citizens of Malvern by enforcing local and state codes
helping to insure their health and safety.
The Building Department issues permits and enforces local and state
codes so that the citizens of Malvern will have a safe, healthy, and
nice place to live and conduct their business. The Building Department
reviews building plans and holds preconstruction meetings before permits
are issued giving an opportunity to notify the plan issuer of any issues
before work begins.
